The Weald Smokery has been a family run business for 35 years. They have grown from a husband-and-wife team to around 25 people, all of whom live locally. The team produce smoked products using traditional techniques, which ensures their products retain their truly authentic taste and texture.
Their website is full of great produce but it was their Balmoral gift hamper, which is available online from £93.50, which looked particularly appealing.
